Starsiren Office Services

I have over 20 years experience of working as a secretary, administrator and project manager and am now bringing these skills to help your business grow. I am passionate about working with sole traders and SME’s who need assistance but don’t need to employ someone in a full-time role. I can make a difference to your business and change it from busy to effective!
A good Virtual Assistant is passionate about their clients and wants to see their businesses succeed. Tasks they can take care of are admin, secretarial, following up leads, booking appointments and diary/email management. Tasks I find my clients want are customer relationship management (CRM) systems and processes set up and monitoring; general bookkeeping and setting up meetings.

Virtual Assistants are not directly employed by you they work on retainer or an agreed set amount of hours depending on the work required. As a client you don’t pay tax, holiday, NI or sickness and the VA only charges for the hours worked directly for you

What we do

We work closely with the client to produce a bespoke package tailored specifically to the requirements of the client or project.  Sometimes the client knows they need help but not sure in what respect, we help the client work through the issues and together create a package that moves them forward.

Why we do it

We do it because we have many skills that aren’t suited to one particular role such as a traditional secretary or personal assistant. We have done many jobs from receptionists, copy typist through to executive assistant and television production manager. We can offer you the client skills suitable for them that cover a range of roles rather than just one.

Where we do it

We work remotely from home or from our office. We do client visits and can work from conference and event venues, remote locations and even your office.
